At SATV, we stand behind the products we sell and are committed to providing our customers with reliable products and support.

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for products purchased through Website: Softtvbox.com

Throughout this policy, “SATV,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Website: Softtvbox.com

1. SATV 30-Day Warranty

SATV provides a 30-day personal warranty on eligible products purchased through SoftTVBox.com.

The SATV warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

During this 30-day period, if an eligible product experiences a manufacturing defect or operational problem under normal use, SATV may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

Customers must contact SATV before sending a product back for warranty service.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products sold through SoftTVBox.com may also include a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty period varies by product. The applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated on the warranty card included with the product, where applicable.

For example, a product may include a manufacturer’s warranty for a specific number of years as stated on its warranty card.

The manufacturer’s warranty is separate from SATV’s 30-day personal warranty.

After SATV’s 30-day warranty period has expired, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service, depending on the product and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

3. Warranty Documentation

Customers should keep the following documents for the duration of the applicable warranty:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase;
  • Product warranty card;
  • Order confirmation;
  • Serial number or product identification information, where applicable.

The warranty card supplied with the product may contain additional information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, including the warranty period, covered components, exclusions, and instructions for making a warranty claim.

4. What Is Covered

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage is intended to apply to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

Warranty coverage may include problems such as:

  • Product failure caused by a manufacturing defect;
  • Components that fail under normal use;
  • Operational defects covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

The exact coverage may vary by product and manufacturer.

5. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or problems caused by:

  • Accidental damage;
  • Misuse or abuse;
  • Improper installation or setup;
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • Physical damage;
  • Water or liquid damage;
  • Power surges or electrical damage;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Damage caused by improper handling;
  • Damage caused by use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;
  • Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized service or repair.

Manufacturer warranties may contain additional exclusions. Customers should review the warranty card and manufacturer’s warranty terms supplied with their product.

6. Warranty Claims

To request warranty assistance from SATV, please contact us with:

  • Customer name;
  • Order number or proof of purchase;
  • Product name and model;
  • Product serial number, if applicable;
  • Description of the problem;
  • Photos or videos of the issue, if requested.

SATV may require additional information or troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.

Phone: 516-451-7966
Email: info@softtvbox.com

Please do not ship a product to SATV or the manufacturer without receiving return or warranty instructions first.

7. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

When a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer may require the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

The manufacturer’s warranty card included with the product will provide the applicable warranty period and instructions.

SATV may assist customers with general guidance regarding the warranty process, but manufacturer warranty claims are ultimately subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures.

8. Warranty and Returns Are Separate

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Refund and Returns Policy.

A product that is outside the return period may still qualify for warranty service if it is covered by SATV’s warranty or an applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Likewise, meeting the requirements for a return does not automatically mean that a product qualifies for warranty replacement.

9. Installation and Technician Services

Installation and technician services are not automatically covered by a product warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to eligible products and is subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Any separate service or installation warranty, if offered, will be communicated to the customer separately.

10. Warranty Duration

The warranty available for a product may consist of:

SATV Warranty: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: The specific period stated on the warranty card included with the product.

Because manufacturer warranty periods vary by product, customers should retain their warranty card and review the terms applicable to their specific product.
